About us Professional Fragrances is an independent fragrance house. All products listed on this website are sold by Professional Fragrances. 2. Orders An order is confirmed only after you receive an order confirmation from us. We may refuse or cancel any order — for example when a product is out of stock, priced incorrectly due to an error, or when we cannot verify the delivery details. If a prepaid order is cancelled by us, the full amount is refunded. 3. Pricing & payment All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We accept Cash on Delivery and the online payment methods shown at checkout. Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed. 4. Shipping & delivery Orders are dispatched from our fulfilment location after confirmation. Delivery timelines shown at checkout are estimates and may vary with courier delays, weather or local restrictions. Please make sure your address and phone number are accurate — we are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery details. 5. Returns & exchanges Fragrances are personal-care products. We accept returns only for items that arrive damaged, leaking or incorrect, reported within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos or video. Opened or used bottles cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method (or as store credit for COD orders) within 7–10 business days. 6. Product information We take care to describe every perfume accurately, but scent is subjective and can be perceived differently on different skin. Minor variations in packaging or juice colour between batches are natural and are not defects. 7. Intellectual property All content on this website — product names, descriptions, photographs, logos and design — belongs to Professional Fragrances and may not be copied or reused without written permission. 8. Limitation of liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. 9. Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at our registered place of business. 10.
